We prefer that you arrive a min. of 15min. before your appointment for a seamless experience.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will provide the best treatment possible in the remaining time with respect of the next appointment. Full treatment costs apply.

Advance bookings are always recommendred to guarantee your preferred treatment and time. We cannot secure any spa treatments without cash deposit.

Please note that we require a min. of 4 hours notice to cancel reservations otherwise a 50% cancellations fee will be charged. No shows will be charged the full price.

All spa guests must be 16 years of age and above. Younger guests must be accompanied by an adult.

We advise you to not carry any valuables on your spa visit. Moi Bella does not hold responsibility for lost items.
